CUBER: Components

The CUBER system comprises three elements:

1. the compiling of a knowledge base which integrates relevant built facility information, spatial relationships and their topology, and decision information;
2. the analysis of critical space analysis tasks, critical route planning analysis tasks, and the brokering of these two aspects in using the Fuzzy AHP;
3. the visualisation of the decision-making process through a range of graphic interface.
